Dear Resident:
On Thursday, September 24, 1987, frcm 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in the Balcony
Room, at the Lincoln Center*, 417 S. Magnolia Avenue, the staff of the
Planning Department will hold a public information meeting on a proposed
project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly know as The
Forney House.
The applicant is requesting to operate a four (4) bedroom bed and breakfast..
facility that would also be able to host corporate seminars, small cam_::
ences, and weddings. The proposal includes minor renovations to the inte-
rior of the house as well as arrangements for on -site parking for guests
and staff. The proposed project is located at 309 South Grant Street.
The purpose of the September 24th meeting is to present the proposed devel-
opment plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and
receive comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff
would strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend,
written comments may be sent.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood
meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor.
Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or
because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been
missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting
so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
