Dear Resident :
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, June 26 , 1995*, at 6 : 30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public
hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed
Project is commonly known as Gateway at Harmony Road PUD, 3rd
Filing, Lots 1 & 2, M & 0 Tire Automotive - Preliminary and Final,
#1-88G.
The applicant is requesting a 4 , 176 s . f . tire and automotive
service center on 1 . 36 acres located at the southeast corner of
Mason Street and Kensington Drive and zoned HP, Highway Business .
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff
consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor' s
input, an extremely important element in the City' s review of this
proposal . If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome .
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within at least 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor' s records . If you should have questions or require
further information about this item, please feel free to contact me
