Dear Ms. DeBesche:
The following is in response to your comments as set forth in your letter of
January 15, 1988:
1. We are working on access with both the City and State.
2. A plat will be provided at final P.U.D.
3. See Site Plan.

7. We have shown public access easements on the preliminary site plan. If more
are necessary, please show us where to put them and we will provide them on
the final plan and plat.
8. We will keep this in mind for building designs.

b. The "M" logo below the windows is colored bronze on a bronze background
of the same material. It will be unobtrusive.
c. McDonald's wishes to keep this sign at this point.

20. Tree sizes are usually established at final Site Plan.
