Dear Resident:
On February 17, 1988, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department mailed a
notice of a neighborhood meeting for a preschool called the Learning
Castle. The letter contained an error on the address of the proposed pre-
school. The correct address of the proposed Learning Castle preschool is
3533 Riva Ridge Drive which is located at the northwest corner of Horse -
tooth Road and Riva Ridge Drive. The lot is currently vacant.
Other information which pertains to the lot at 3533 Riva Ridge Drive that
would not have been correct in the previous letter is as follows:
Maximum number of students at any one time: 45
Size of the lot: 15,503 square feet.
Zoning: Warren Farm First Filing P.U.D.
Access: Off Riva Ridge Road and Riva Ridge Drive
Please disregard any information in the previous letter that pertained to
the incorrect address of 707 Benthaven Court.
The neighborhood meeting will still be held on Thursday, March 3, 1988,
from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. at the Southside Baptist Church located at 620 West
Horsetooth Road. This information has not changed.
The Planning Department apologizes for any inconvenience this may have
caused. As the new project planner assigned to the case, I look forward to
meeting you and discussing the proposed Learning Castle. Please feel free to
