HomeMy WebLinkAboutTIMAN PUD MASTER PLAN - 26-88B - CORRESPONDENCE - STAFF'S PROJECT COMMENTS (2)Developot Services Planning Department City of Fort Collins December 2, 1988 Mr. Tony Hughes c/o Vaught*Frye Architects 2900 South College Fort Collins, CO 80301 Dear Mr. Hughes: Staff has reviewed the revisions for Timan - Master Plan, # 26-88B, and has the following comments: 1. The City will not approve a signalized access point 750 feet north of Trilby Road. The signal needs to be located as close as possible to 600 feet north of Trilby as prescribed in the South College Access Plan. The "left in" shown 700 feet south of Skyway and the "right in/right out" indicated 500 feet north of Trilby are also unacceptable. Rick Ensdorff can provide a more detailed explanation of the City's position on these issues. 2. Additional storm drainage comments have been sent to the project engineer. 3. Provide a note on the master plan indicating that all phases of the master plan will provide both temporary (during construction) and permanent erosion control measures. 4. Revise the topography shown on the out parcel. 5. Note on the site plan that the Director of Planning has waived the require- ment for a first phase preliminary submittal. 6. Change note number 7 to indicate that the existing zoning is B-P Planned Business. Revise the planning objectives in reference to annexation and zoning. 7. Is note number 4 missing? 300 LaPorte Avenue • P.O. Box 580 • Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 • (303) 221-6750 f 0 . Page 2 This concludes Staff comments at this time.
