Box 1190 Fort Collins, CO 80522 RE: Replat of Lot 11, Block 2 of East Mulberry Subdivision Dear Al: City staff has reviewed the above referenced replat and has the following com- ments: Replat of Lot 11, Block 2 of East Mulberry Subdivision 1. An additional 10 feet of right-of-way should be dedicated along Lincoln Avenue, which is designated as an arterial. 2. Access control should be provided along Link Lane.
