Dear Resident:
On Thursday, May 19, 1988, from 1:30 - 3:00 P.M., in the Planning department
Conference Room, 300 LaPorte Avenue*, the staff of the Planning department
will hold a public hearing on an administrative review for a project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as the First Church of
God Minor Subdivision, Case Number 44-88.
The applicants are seeking administrative approval for a one lot subdivision
situated on 7.0 acres. The proposed project is located at the east side of Shields
Street, 1/2 mile south of Harmony Road in Clarendon Hills Subdivision and is
zoned R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in accor-
dance with City Ordinance 113-87.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free
to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportu-
nity to attend.
