It looks like I spoke too soon yesterday, after the Deputy Director and the Water Supervisor met yesterday there are still
some waterline issues to iron out. It sounds like there will be a meeting early next week to discuss.

With this and the waterline concept you submitted yesterday things are looking good for making it to the hearing. The
Utilities Deputy Director is meeting with our water ops supervisor this afternoon but, based on my conversations with
him yesterday, I think that your new plan may be acceptable. I'll let you know as soon as I know for sure.
