This first Amendment (Amendment #1) is entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT COLLINS (the “City”) and FRANSEN PITTMAN CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. (the “Contractor”). WHEREAS, the Contractor and the City entered into an Agreement effective November 1, 2020 (the “Agreement”); and WHEREAS, the Contractor and the City entered into Work Order PR-600313 East District Park Maintenance Facility effective October 7, 2021 (the “Work Order”); and WHEREAS, Contractor and the City desire to amend the Work Order PR-600313 East District Park Maintenance Facility .
