Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 RE: Amoco Service Station No. 5401 Expansion of a Non -conforming Use #58-88 Dear Linda: We received your comment letter dated July 21, 1988, and have the following responses: 1. We have included an 8-1/2" by 11" showing the owner and signer. 2. A utility drawing is included and we will expect additional comments on it. 3. We are reviewing development agreement and landscaping covenants and arranging to have it signed when they are prepared. 4. Items a through g have been addressed and added to the site plan. 5. Items a through g have been addressed and added to the landscaping plan. 6. A sand/oil trap has been indicated on the plan. 7. A utility plan has been prepared with all the necessary information added as indicated by items a through g. 8. The type of sales anticipated for the sales area will be packaged foods (candy bars, chips, etc.), convenience store items, open cup dispenser for carry -out soft drinks and coffee and pre -packaged microwave items. No operator prepared foods or seating for sit-down consumption of food is intended. 10. Spot elevations have been added to the site plan to indicate drainage paths. Downspout locations for the addition have also been added. 11. Elevations indicate color and type of building material as well as height of building. 12.
