Holly Circle Englewood, CO 80112 Dear Wendell: Staff has reviewed the revisions for Amoco Service Station No. 5401, Expansion of a Non -Conforming Use, #58-88, and has the following comments: 1. Provide an underground irrigation system for the shrub areas as well as turf areas. 2. Plant material in shrub beds will not cover mulch in 2-3 years as requested. Please provide additional plant material in the beds. 3. The landscape berming indicated on the landscape plan is good. Please indicate the berming on the site plan with spot elevations. 4. Provide additional information about the color and materials for the lettering and striping proposed for the canopy. 5. The bollards and chain proposed for the right out access needs to be located just in back of the sidewalk. This concludes Staff comments at this time. Please note the following dates and let me know if there are any problems in meeting the deadlines: PMT's, colored renderings, and 10 prints are due August 15, 1988 Final mylars and documents are due August 18, 1988 As always, please call if there are any questions or concerns.
