The unit has been scheduled due to age, condition and use of R22 refrigerant. Liebert is the preferred manufacture, and the system has been requested to match the CRAC West design to include a drycooler instead of an air cooled condensing unit. It has been recommended by the manufacture to have a dedicated drycooler to each CRAC to ensure sufficient redundancy is in place and the desired capacities are attained. The new Liebert system will be procured by the City of Fort Collins. The proposal is based upon a site visit on 12/03/20. Below is our suggested scope of work.
