Dear Sirs,
On September 26, 1988 Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins
annroved the above referenced item with the following conditions:
1. The maximum number of elderly clients is three.
2. There will be a maximum number of two staff persons working in the
home at any one time.
3. The elderly clients would not be allowed to drive or store an automobile on
the premises.
4. There will be no signage for the group home.
