Dear George:
With the Planning and
Zoning Board's approval of the
Prospect Plaza PUD
Final plan on December
1, there are several items remaining to be completed
prior to my
filing the
plans. As
previously discussed,
we have a waiting
period of 14
days after
the Board's
approval before any
plans may be filed.
This waiting
period is to
provide an
opportunity for a party
-in -interest to file
an appeal to
any final decision made
by the Planning and
Zoning Board.
The following items are needed to file the approved plans:
1. Signed landscape covenant (copy enclosed).
2. Mylar of the site plan with owner's original signature. This mylar must
reflect all changes made to the plan, including all landscaping proposed.
As an option, you may want to remove landscaping from the site plan and
submit a separate mylar of the landscape plan.
I would anticipate filing the approved plans on Friday, December 16. If you
