AMENDMENT #1
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AND JACOBS INVESTMENTS, LLC DBA COLORADO BORING COMPANY
This first Amendment (Amendment #1) is entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT
COLLINS (the “City”) and JACOBS INVESTMENTS, LLC DBA COLORADO BORING
COMPANY (the “Service Provider”).
WHEREAS, the Service Provider and the City entered into an Agreement effective May 28, 2021
(the “Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, Service Provider and the City desire to amend the Agreement to add pricing for traffic
control.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual promises herein
contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. Remove Exhibit E Pricing Sheet (pages 55 & 56) from the Agreement and replace with
the attached Exhibit E Pricing Sheet consisting of two (2) pages.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment #1, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between
the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment #1, this Amendment #1 shall prevail.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this first Amendment the day and year
shown.
