AMENDMENT #02
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AND VQ VOLUNTEER STRATEGIES, LLC
This Second Amendment (Amendment #02) is entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT
COLLINS (the “City”) and VQ VOLUNTEER STRATEGIES, LLC (the “Service Provider”).
WHEREAS, the Service Provider and the City entered into an Agreement effective February 8,
2021 (the “Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, the Service Provider and the City amended the Agreement (Amendment #01)
effective July 15, 2021; and
WHEREAS, Service Provider and the City desire to amend the Agreement to incorporated
additional work.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual promises herein
contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. Exhibit A is hereby revised to include the attached Exhibit A-1, consisting of three (3)
pages attached hereto and incorporated herein.
2. The term of the Agreement is hereby extended through December 31, 2022.
3. The fee for the additional services contemplated in Exhibit A-1 is Eleven Thousand Six
Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($11,675), payable as follows:
$6,200 upon completion and delivery of the report addressing Service Provider’s
discovery and assessment work.
$5,475 upon completion and delivery of the Strategic Plan for Volunteer
Engagement.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment #02, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement and Amendment #01 shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event
of a conflict between the terms of the Agreement, Amendment #01 and this Amendment #02, this
Amendment #02 shall prevail.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment the day and year
shown.
