Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, October 23,
1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning
to hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is
commonly known as George T. Sanders Company PUD - Preliminary and Final, #76-88H.
The applicant is requesting two warehouse/manufacturing buildings of 15,587 s.f. and 14,178 s.f.
(29,765 total) on 2.725 acres, located on the west of Fossil Boulevard at Fairway Lane, (west of
Weberg's) and zoned bp, Planned Business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter,
as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area
based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require further
