Ladies and Gentlmen:
As residents of Fairway Estates, we find the proposed site
for the Pace Warehouse of Northern Co. unsatisfactory-- due
to the fact that not only will it hinder the viewshed to the
mountains, it will also increase tractor -trailer traffic on
South College Avenue. This traffic runs mainly in the late
evening and being within 500 ft. of the proposed site, the
noise level would be too loud.
There are many sites along North College with both railroad
access and College Avenue access. Many of these sites are
removed from residential areas and will not disrupt or disturb
a community. We would like to ask that Pace please look
into an alternative site along North College Avenue that could
be benefical to both parties involved.
In conclusion, we would like to state we're not against a
Pace Warehouse being built in Fort Collins, but we would
like to keep our residential community a pleasent and peace-
ful one. Building a Pace Warehouse on the proposed site will
bring a unnecessary amount of noise and congestion to the
