Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, October 26, 1988, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in the media room of
Werner Elementary School*, 5400 Mail Creek Lane, the staff of the Planning
Department will hold a public information meeting on a proposed project in
your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly referred to as The Carpet
Exchange.
The applicant is requesting 66,400 square feet of retail land uses on 3.2 acres.
The proposed project is located on the east side of College Avenue, south of
the existing Fred Schmid development.
The purpose of the October 26 meeting is to present the proposed development
plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and receive com-
ments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff would strongly
urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written comments may
be sent.

being
notified for this
neighborhood meet-
ing
is derived from official records
of the
Larimer County
Assessor. Because of
the
lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping,
or because of rental
situations, a few affected property
owners
may have been
missed. Please feel
free
to notify your neighbor of this
pending meeting so all
neighbors may have
the
opportunity to attend.
