NOTICE IS hereby given that, on
November 27, 1989, the City of
Fort Collins created a Vested
Property Right upon the follow-
ing described land:
The location of the property
which is the subject of said hear-
ing is as follows:

Amended Plat of the Replat of
Lot One, Southmoor Village
East, Second Filing, Case H105-
BSA, consisting of a request to
amend the existing three lot sub-
division located on the East side
of Lemay Avenue, approxi-
mately 200 feet south of Spring -
wood Drive, City of Fort Collins,
Colorado. The purpose of the
amendment is to correct the
statement of dedication to delete
the reference to the street being
public. Since the street Is pri-
vate, the dedication language
will be altered to describe a "pri-
vate access road and utility ease-
ment' rather than a "public
street."

Located in the Southwest Quarter
of Section 30, Township 7 North,
Range 68 west of the Sixth P.M.
