Dear Property Owner:
On Tuesday, January 17, 1989, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department
Conference Room, 300 LaPorte Avenue*, the Director of Planning will hold a
public hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision.
The request is to resubdivide Lot 1, Southmoor Village East, Second Filing into
three lots for construction of three, single family, detached homes. The parcel
is located on the east side of Lemay Avenue, approximately 200 feet south of
Springwood Drive.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in
accordance with City Ordinance 113-87.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free
to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the
opportunity to attend.
