Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
November 1, 1993, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on three proposed projects in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Rock Creek PUD -
Overall Development Plan, #16-89B, Hillside at Rock Creek PUD - Preliminary, #16-
89C and Brookside Village at Rock Creek PUD - Preliminary, #16-89E.
The applicant is requesting an Overall Development Plan for residential uses on
133 acres located on the east side of Timberline Road south of Harmony Road and
zoned EP and T, Employment Park and Transition.
Hillside at Rock Creek PUD is a request for 172 single family lots on 54.7 acres
located on the east side of Timberline Road south of Harmony Road and zoned EP,
Employment Park.
Brookside Village at Rock Creek PUD is a request for 93 single family lots on
30.8 acres, located on the east side of Timberline Road south of Harmony Road,
zoned T-Transition.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
