The revised site plan should show the distances of the new buildings to the property line. 5. Since the open space has been reduced by 5.5%, and since the revision is to have three buildings along Shields instead of two, the landscape screening along Shields should be increased. 6. The revised utility plans must be reviewed and approved by the City of Fort Collins and all affected outside utility providers.
