Administrative Change Dear Tom: The City of Fort Collins Planning Department received a request for a minor subdivision replat and a P.U.D. administrative change for Willow Grove at Cunningham Corner P.U.D. in April of this year. Please be advised that all the pertinent documents for these actions have been submitted and found acceptable by the City. Regarding the letter from the Planning Department to Mr. Frank Vaught, Vaught -Frye Architects, dated April 19, 1989, the following concerns have been satisfied: 1. The permanent sign at the corner of Shields and Cunningham is not allowed to advertise Willow Grove. However, it may advertise the overall Cunningham Corner P.U.D. if the sign on the north side of Cunningham is removed. 2. A revised landscape plan has been submitted, reviewed, and found accept- able. 3. Revised architectural elevations have been submitted, reviewed, and found acceptable. 4. The revised site plan now includes the setback distances from the property line. 5. The landscape screening along Shields has been appropriately increased. 6. The project is now eligible to proceed through the building permit review process in accordance with the requirements of the Building Inspection Division.
