The attached plan in ver preliminary. The construction department at Firestone did not comply with the guidelines sent to them as a result of our last meeting. For example. the free-standing sign should be 6x6 and a monument sign not a pole sign. Also, landscaping has not been addressed. The purpose in sending you this "preliminary" plan is to use it as a discussion document regarding an increase in the floor area to approximately 6600 sq. ft. from 5250 sq. ft. During Firestone's process of analyzing costs. it was deter- mined that a two-story building would cost approximately $110,000 more than this one-story unit. Thus. we look to you for feedback on size. configuration and parking; more conceptual in nature.
