Dear Mr. Rosenbaum:
As you are aware, the preliminary plan for the proposed Market Place PUD is
currently under review by the City of Fort Collins. One of the requirements
that is being made as a result of City review is the full dedication of the
Troutman Parkway right-of-way for the existing street.
To date, there has been no commitment made by the property owner for this
right-of-way dedication. Until such commitment is made through a signed deed
of dedication submitted to City Engineering staff, the review of this project
will be suspended. This may ultimately result in a delay of the scheduled
hearing date for this item before the Planning and Zoning Board.
It is imperative that a signed deed of dedication be provided at the earliest
possible date. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not
hesitate to contact me.
