There will need to be a 3phase pad mount transformer installed to feed both buildings.Please show proposed transformer pad location on site and meet all utility spacing requirements.Response: The transformer has been placed in the parking lot island at the entrance – this location was reviewed and approved prior to theplanning and zoning hearing. 02/17/2021:FORHEARING: Transformer locations will need to be coordinated with Light & Power.Transformersmustbeplacedwithin10ftofadrivablesurfaceforinstallationand maintenance purposes. The transformer must also have a front clearance of10 ft and side/rear clearance of 3 ft minimum. The City Manager’s development review fee schedule under City Code 7.5-2wasupdatedtoincludefeesforErosionControlandStormwaterInspections. AsofJanuary1st,2021,thesefeeswillbecollectedonallprojectsforsuchinspections. The Erosion Control fees are based on; the number of lots, the total sitedisturbance, the estimated number of years the project will be active and theStormwater Inspection Fees are based on the number of LID/WQ Features thatare designed for on this project. Based on the proposed site constructionassociated with this project we are assuming 1 lots, 1 acres of disturbance, 1yearfromdemothroughbuildoutofconstructionandanadditional1year'tilfull vegetative stabilization due to seeding. Which results in an Erosion Control Fee estimate of $ 900.46.BasedonnoStormwaterLID/WQfeatureson thissitethere isnoLID/WQInspection fee.
