HomeMy WebLinkAboutFIFTH FILING, FIRST REPLAT OF QUAIL HOLLOW - MINOR SUBDIVISION - 46-89F - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISION0 MINOR SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE RULING REPLAT OF QUAIL HOLLOW FIFTH FILING, FIRST REPLAT PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER #46-89F WHEREAS, the applicant, Dan Jensen, has duly followed the City procedure for Minor Subdivisions as outlined in Section 29-644(g) of the City Code and has submitted this application for Minor Subdivision of the following described property, to wit: Being a replat of Lots 45 and 46 of Quail Hollow Fifth Filing, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application in accordance with Section 29-644(g) including the notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, and posting the required sign on the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on Thursday, September 19, 1991 at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Conference Room, 281 North College, for the purpose of reviewing the minor subdivision application. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The Minor Subdivision now known as Quail Hollow Fifth Filing, First Replat, #46-89F, hereby is approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the City for streets and utilities. B. The lot in this subdivision fronts on a dedicated right- of- way. C.
