Dear Dan,
The following will be the schedule for processing of the Quail Hollow Annexa-
tion application:
Oct. 17: City Council Resolution Accepting the Annexation Petition and estab-
lishing the Council's public hearing date (11 /21).
Oct. 23: Planning and Zoning Board public hearing to formulate a recommend-
ation to the City Council.
Nov. 21: City Council public hearing and first readings of the annexation and
zoning ordinances.
Dec. 5: City Council second readings of the annexation and zoning ordinances.
I see no reason why the Quail Hollow Annexation should create any concerns or
comments. The item will likely stay on the Consent Agendas of both the Council
and Board. I'll let you know if any issues arise.
