To Whom It May Concern: For the above project, the expected total disturbed area for all improvements is expected to be approximately 5,000 square feet, which is below the City’s 10,000 SF threshold for a separate erosion control plan. This disturbed area includes: Grading 0.09 acres (4,000 square feet) to the west of existing building at 4235 S. Mason. Driveway entrance replacement for ADA at Mason Street (730 SF.) TOTAL DISTURBED AREA: 5,000 +/-. For further illustration, please refer to Sheets DR1 and DR2 of the Final Drainage Report submitted with this package.
