RE: EROSION CONTROL for 4235 & 4221 S. Mason Street – Blue Ribbon Auto Body.
To Whom It May Concern:
For the above project, the expected total disturbed area for all improvements is expected to
be approximately 5,000 square feet, which is below the City’s 10,000 SF threshold for a
separate erosion control plan.
This disturbed area includes:
Grading 0.09 acres (4,000 square feet) to the west of existing building at 4235 S. Mason.
Driveway entrance replacement for ADA at Mason Street (730 SF.)
TOTAL DISTURBED AREA: 5,000 +/-.

submitted with this package.
