RE: Foothills Parkway PUD
I checked with the Parks Division regarding Foothills Parkway PUD. They
currently maintain the frontage road median in front of Dellenbach, Steele's and
Colorado National Bank. Because the median would change significantly Parks would
no longer maintain the portion associated with this project.
During construction, existing City irrigation systems should be abandoned. In
the median in front of Dellenbach, the irrigation should be adjusted during
construction of the new right turn bay.
The existing water tap for the City's irrigation system serving this area is
located in front of Dellenbach. An easement through the median in front of
Foothills PUD must be provided to continue water service to the median in front
of Colorado National Bank. If this is not feasible or acceptable, the developer
has the option to provide the City with a new water tap in front of Colorado
National Bank.
