This office represents Mrs. Rosalie Rohrbacker and Mr. Wayne
Specht, the owner and applicant, respectively, of the Rohrbacker
P.U.D.
An appeal of the March 26, 1990 Planning and Zoning Board's
decision to deny the Rohrbacker P.U.D. (Preliminary and Final) was
filed by Notice of Appeal dated April 4, 1990 and Amended Notice
of Appeal filed April 10, 1990.
We have concluded that an appeal is not appropriate at this
time. We are committed to working with the City of Fort Collins
to resolve the issues which have been raised regarding the
Rohrbacker P.U.D. We, therefore, formally withdraw this appeal.
