Dear Wayne:
The second reading of the Rohrbacker Annexation was tabled indefinitely by
the Fort Collins City Council at the December 5, 1989 Council meeting. As we
have previously discussed, the Planning and Zoning Board cannot take action
on the Rohrbacker PUD until the property is actually within the City limits.
I wanted to provide you with updated deadlines for submitting any additional
information and/or revised plans for the PUD and suggest that we schedule a
meeting to discuss each of the comments sent to you in my letter dated
November 14, 1989. The deadline is as follows:
By Wednesday. January 24, 1990 ten revised plans and any other information
requested in the November 14 letter must be submitted to the Planning Office.
Meeting this deadline would tentatively schedule this project for the February
26, 1990 Planning and Zoning Board meeting, assuming that the site has been
annexed and is within City limits prior to February 26.
