NOTICE Is hereby given that on August
31, 2015, the City of Fort Collins created
a Vested Property Right upon the fol-
lowing described land:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
City of Fort Collins Utilities Customer
Service Building, File 8FDP150010. Re-
quest for a proposed 39,562 so ft, 3-story
building for the City of Fort Collins Util-
ities Customer Service department, The
building would house the customer serv-
Ices and the executive administration
for the Utilltios Dept, as well as the
Sustainability Services Dept. The new
building will be located at 222 Laporte
Ave on a 54,076 sq ft lot at the NE cor-
ner of Howes St and Laporte Ave. Three
of the 4 existing buildings on the site
will be deconstructed. The 4th building
containing the historic creamery "But-
terfly Building" will be moved to the SE
corner, approximately 105 ft to the east
of its existing location, within the boun-
daries of block 32. The site Is in the
Downtown (D) Zone District - Civic
Center Subdistrict and the Transit -
oriented Development (TOD) Overlay
Zone. Community facilities are permit-
ted in the Downtown District (D) - Civic
Center 6ubdistrict by Administrative
Review (Type 1).
