Dear Ms. Albetson-Clark:
I represent Rosalie S. Rohrbacker who has petitioned the City for annexa-
tion of her property.
Please continue the second reading of the annexation ordinance until
January 9, 1990. I understood by that date that staff and neighborhood com-
ments should be available so that a decision can then be made by the inter-
ested parties whether to proceed or withdraw.
