Footing Observation
I, Walt Gantt, architect of record, performed a footing observation on
08/07/19 to observe reinforcing placed and footing formwork prepared
prior to concrete.
Reinforcing is documented to be placed in conformance with the plans and
specifications. Footing widths and location below frost depth have been confirmed to be
placed per plans. Based on my observation, I find the preparation of the footings and
slab reinforcing to be in conformance with the plans and specifications as prepared by
this office. Authorization has been given to proceed with concrete placement. See
attached photo documentation.
Please attach this observation letter to the permit documents for record.
