The Larimer County assessor's office lists you as the owner of the above referenced address.
A notice and order to correct was sent to you on May 25th, 2016. I have not heard from you
regarding this notice and order. (copy attached) I have recently received a complaint about
racoons entering the buildings through opening in the roof and or soffit.
The above -mentioned items are considered urgent issues that are required to be corrected.
Failure to comply with this order will be grounds for a citation being issued. You will be given
30 days from the date of this notice and order to correct.
