Dear Ms. Johnson
The Larimer County assessor's office lists you as the owner of the above referenced address.
This office has issued several notice and orders to repair your detached garage. We have not
heard from you that the garage has been repaired.
Section 108 Safety of Structures and equipment
108.1.5 Dangerous structure or premises. A structure or premises is dangerous if any
part, element or component thereof is no longer within its serviceability limit or strength limit
state as defined in this code or, when considered in totality, the structure or premises pose an
imminent threat to the health and safety of the public or the occupants of the structure or
premises as referenced in Appendix A of this code.
This is your last Notice and order to repair. Notify me within ten days of receiving this notice to
verify the work has-been completed. If the work has not been completed, you will receive 30
days from the day of this notice to repair. If you fail to repair the fascia and siding you will
receive a citation to appear in court. Failure to comply will also bring a fine of up to $ 3,000.00
per day from the first day of the first violation.
