JVA Inc. designed the structure for the subject garage addition and has also subsequently been involved
with Empire LLC during the Construction Administration Phase of the Project. We have physically visited
the Project site once, and you have routinely been in contact with us supplying progress updates
accompanied by photos. Our visit and your photos cover the following items:
1) Reinforcing steel in concrete footings and stem walls.
2) Wall framing.
3) Level 2 floor framing.
4) Roof framing.

construction conforms to the intent of the construction documents. JVA Inc. takes no exceptions to the
structural components of the Garage Addition.
