I tried calling you but couldn't leave a message. Right now they are not doing occupied home inspections. They are
testing to see if Remote Video Inspections will work for appliances and if so that may be available soon- possibly in
June. If you would like I can extend your permit for free for a one time 180 day extension so that it does not expire
before we can inspect it. Please let me know if you would like to go that route and then maybe check back with us in
June to see if we can do the remote video inspection then.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Permit final inspection notice #B1916024
Hello!
I am contacting to inquire what needs to be done to complete a final inspection for work done on a residential water
heater permit number B1916024. Our notice says it expires 17 May and when calling the office I was only able to leave
a message. I understand things are different given the circumstances, but I don't want to incur any fees or fines. Please
