The remodel and addition referenced above was constructed using construction documents
prepared by Crown Engineering in Association with Carson Design Studio. The project includes the
building structures that consist of FOOTINGS, FOUNDATION WALLS and PRIMARY.
STRUCTURAL FRAMING resisting gravity and lateral loads required by the 2015 Edition of the
IRC as detailed on our construction documents that were used to acquire a building permit from the
Larimer County Building Department.
During construction we visited the site and observed the placement of the perimeter foundation
drain and damp proofing around and on the new foundation walls. At this time we determined that
the work was being done per standard construction practices.
