This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2018 International Residential Code Section R105.5 and amendments adopted by the City of
Fort Collins regarding allowing a permit for a detached garage at the above referenced address to
expire without obtaining final inspections. The garage permit will need to be re -instated or the
garage removed by the date listed below in order to avoid fines of up to $1000.00 per day per
violation.
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 6/29/2019
If you can not comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and explain any
mitigating circumstances.
