Mr. Lenoch:
As requested, Earth Engineering Company, Inc. (EEC) personnel have completed the construction
observation services you requested for the referenced project. Those services included observations
of the foundation drain placement and damp proofing at the referenced lot. The results of those
observations are included with this report.
On November 161' 2016, EEC personnel observed the foundation drain for the referenced project.
The foundation drain consisted of 4-inch flexible perforated pipe placed around the below grade
exterior perimeter of the structure and appeared to slope to drain toward a sump pit in the basement.
The damp proofing consisted of grey spray -on coating that appeared to cover all exterior below
grade areas of the basement walls.
