Work Description New construction of 2 story 1936 sq ft home to include 3 bedroom 2 full and
112 bathrooms dining/kitchen laundry room on existing 85o sgft
foundation plus 570 sq ft new crawl space (plans revised the crawl space
was converted to a full basement the mechanicals were moved into the
converted crawl to basement and a utility sink added) Finish 53o square
feet in the basement to include media room (with exterior access stairway)
- (plans revised no exterior stairway replaced with basement
window/well and two other basement windows/wells added to the west
side of the basement) A 318 sq ft attached carport and 272 sq ft covered
patio will also be constructed Revised 5-8-18 removed the shower & tub
from master bath will finish with separate permit at later date (6 12 18
master bath will now be completed with this permit no separate permit
req) sl The house will use a boiler system for radiant in floor heating

Homeowner affidavit on file The previous house was demolished to the
foundation (after review by an Engineer the foundation was found to be
unstable and was removed an entirely new foundation was installed)
The new house construction will receive a new Certificate of Occupancy
