may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary arrangements to
transfer City Utilities to the owner's name, utilities will continue to be furnished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills.

exterior. need to complete the two final window well panels for the small ones on the north side. south foundation is exposed and
needs to be graded. Need to resolve the expansion tank located on the hot water side of the water tank.
If such work is not completed within the time set forth above and approved on final inspection, or unless the
time for completion is extended by the Building and Zoning Office, an order to vacate the premises, or a
violation notice for-occ pying the building, structure, or landwithout a Certificatelof Occupancy will be
