This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the followin; sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins: 3I3o�" The 2012 International Residential Code Section R105.1 and amendments adopted by the City of Fort Collins regarding the construction of a wall structure over 6' in height without a permit from the City of Fort Collins Building Department in place prior to the work being done. Consider this correction notice a Stop Work Order. You now need to obtain a permit, remove the structure, or alter the structure to comply with the exempt dimensions by the date listed below. All fences and walls taller than 6' require engineering, permit and inspection.
