We were also asked to provide a header repair for 3' window addition or re -location under the GT truss per lot # 37. Response: - Parallel floor to the ledger/loft GT — ledger can be a 2x8 with (3) rows of 0.148x3 '/4 nails at 6", full length. - Perpendicular floor to ledger/loft GT — ledger 1 3/4 x floor depth LSL with (3) rows of 0.148x 3 '/4 nails at 6" ox, top/mid/btm at 6" ox, full length. - Window addition/re-location on lot # 37, under the GT, will be acceptable with the addition of (2) 1 3/4x 11 7/8" LVL or (3) 1 3/4x 9.25 LVL with minimum (2) support studs and 1 king stud on each side.
