The attached drawings depict the attempts to create a fully compliant ADA / ANSI ramp and
vestibule to access the new proposed dental office and existing west tenant for the above
referenced building.
As you can see from the blow up floor plan the greatest clear width we can cCates 3ft 0 inches.
Being that this wheelchair entrance will be assisted entrance, i.e. the door to tn
be locked and only key accessed. Staff will be alerted to assist wheel -chaired patients.
I hereby am requesting a variance to allow for less than the required 4ft on approach to this out
swinging door into the vestibule.
