This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the
followin; sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2012 International Residential Code Section R105.1 and amendments adopted by the
City of Fort Collins regarding the construction of a wall structure over 6' in height
without a permit from the City of Fort Collins Building Department in place prior to the
work being done. Consider this correction notice a Stop Work Order. You now need to
obtain a permit, remove the structure, or alter the structure to comply with the exempt
dimensions by.the date listed below. All fences and walls taller than 6' require
engineering, permit and inspection.
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 3/8/2017
If you can not comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances.
