Work Description: FOUNDATION AND PAD OF 2200 SQ FT TO SUPPORT A NEW RTO (REGENERATIVE
THERMAL OXIDIZER), (RTO 4) ON DRILLED PIERS AND GRADE BEAMS. THE SCOPE
INCLUDES NEW MECHANICAL DUCTWORK AND ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS FOR THE NEW
RTO FOR AVAGO TECHNOLOGIES. INTERIOR STAIRWELL SHOWN ON PLANS WILL NOT
BE DONE UNDER THIS PERMIT.
This is to certify that the building, structure, or land located at 4380 ZIEGLER RD Fort Collins, CO has been
inspected and temporary occupancy is hereby authorized, effective on 12/08/2016 and conditional upon the
following requirements being completed and approved upon final inspection.

NOTE: The issuance of this temporary certificate of occupancy will entitle the owner to place City Utility service in the owners name. Construction power rates
may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary arrangements to
transfer City Utilities to the owners name, utilities will continue to be furnished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills.
